Beware of this agency branch (unsure about any others only spoken to Wolverhampton office) they offer opportunity and advancement in the interview but my first day was the complete opposite manager was too laid back he disappeared offsite and left all 10 + new employees in the cafeteria, other staff couldn't reach him so from 7am till 1pm we did nothing (we did get payed so I never said anything but that's still unprofessional). Only gotten worse as he left me chasing him for the past 2 weeks, had to prove I didnt have covid after keeping him informed only for him to come back a week later saying due no communication jlr aren't allowing me to return. I ended it after the manager's false claim of ringing me twice to which he went out of his way to contact the housing agency I was looking to move into and speak ill of me. Just becareful some may take this for rant but I'm simply reviewing the experience as clear as day management is poor and half of what they say is just for show e.g. their 15 minute covid test station was not for agency employee use.
