Nav Pain Clinic And Massages

I went to see Nav for a sports massage and she was very good. She covered my entire body, but focused on mu upper back and shoulders as that is where I felt most tight. She also did some cupping which also helped my tightness. She is also very friendly and welcoming, and talks to you throughout the massage to make you feel comfortable. Thanks Nav.

I've been in pain for 6 months with my neck and shoulder. I've been to the doctors 3 times. I was told to visit a sport's physio I've seen Nav 3 times and can honestly say she's done a great job. Money well spent.

Had awful back pain even my 8yr daughter had to tie my shoe laces to go to her took 4 times yes 200 to get me right but been great since definitely recommend
