Really top notch remedial and assement massage. Done myofascial release ironing out my body felt the nevres in upper back shooting out the pain for good . Posture analysed and was no issues there. But we all use our shoudlers with tech so much, had right shoulder tight and lower back left side. Gave tips for exercises also Recommend x100

After sitting at a desk and/or a car for hours each day and nearing 40 I had started to think my body will always feel jaded - I left feeling reinvigorated and better informed about protecting myself for the future. Great facility, super clean. Professional, friendly with knowledge and passion that comes from people that seem to genuinely care. Genuinely look forward to my next session.
