Great professional service from start to finish with Tim. He put me at ease and explained every part of the treatment. I visited Tim to help relieve lower back pain and the results have been amazing. I will definitely be going back and would 100% recommend.

Absolutely top tier treatment! Enjoyed the whole experience the massage alone was great but having the ice bath and sauna to end it made me feel fresh and brand new when leaving.

Tim is amazing at what he does, I have been going to Tim for around 4 years now, he is knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy and friendly. He listens to your concerns and 100% relieves them. The atmosphere is calm and after my sports massage Im always feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I look forward to my appointments and I wouldnt go to anyone else.
