        I have been a tenant of L&A lettings for over 5 years now. From the viewing and throughout my ongoing dealings with L&A, I have a positive experience. They are responsive to emails and calls, and nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend them.

        I have been Renting from L&A lettings for over 8 years, both Ann & Lyndon helped me out after loosing my husband, I needed somewhere smaller to live. I can honestly say they go above and beyond as landlords, They are lovely, helpful, caring people. They help you with application forms for housing benefits, always on end of phone if have a problem, will listen if you have any problems. If ever Iv had a leak, electrical or boiler problem it is always sorted ASAP with there team of traders they use, they are always polite, in contact regards time arriving, always do jobs been called to do. I Would always recommend L & A lettings to anyone xx Thank you L & A lettings x

        My experience with L&A Lettings was amazing. From the beginning of my process to moving into my new accommodation I was updated on the progress and informed. The online application was general clear with little fuss. Professional service from start to finish. Thank you L&A Lettings

        DO NOT USE!! Absolutely disgusting behaviour with the letting agent Jon and when I put a compliant through they try to excuse it or ignore the horrible behaviour of the letting agent. Stating we mislead them because we did not state that my partner will be viewing the property on my behalf (which all letting agent that we used except this one did not have a problem with) because I live 4 hours away. They should have at least told us that this is actually company policy (which they refuse to show). In fact this is actually endorsed by the owner of the company. I guess this disgusting behaviour is also endorsed by the owner as the investigation states that Jon will actually be disciplined if this didnt happen.
