If you're a tenant who hates luxuries like running water, or a landlord that likes pretending you're working with a letting agency who's actually just subcontracting the work they do for your money to these people instead - leading you down the garden path to illegal activities all the while - by all means crack on though!

My property manager Lauren is an absolute star, she is so professional and you can really tell by her work ethic just how much she cares about all the propertys she manages! If you are a landlord in the Liverpool area, I would highly recommend concentric lettings especially as it would be Lauren who would manage your property/properties. I am a tenant and any issues I have no matter how small are dealt with in a timely manner.

My Property Manager is Lauren O'Brien and I'm extremely pleased on how she has managed the property that I am currently renting! She always response within 24 hours with a solution, suggestion or an action. The communication between ourselves is clear, direct and very enjoyable! She always checks in with how everything is going, when for example something needs to be replaced or repaired in the property. She's a fab Property Manager and I think she's a wonderful and great asset to your company. I hope she'll be my property manager throughout my duration of my tenancy! Thanks so much again Lauren! I have engaged with Concentric Lettings for a number of years now , entrusting them with my rental properties.
