        The ladies that work here are lovely and helpful. The 1 star is for the owner. He's overtly nice on face value but whilst speaking to you will try and charge extra. This has happened to me twice, the 2nd time I requested an itemised receipt, when doing so he apologised and stated he had charged an extra 2 in error. It really is a shame, as a local, my family and I have used this post office for over 35 years. This never happened when Martin owned it. We much rather prefer the Post office on Birmingham New Road now.

        I sent my daughter with a lump some of money to pay in, she came back and said it was 20 short, I know full well it wasn't there were 3 of us who counted it, she said he only put it in the machine and didn't do a hand count, his answer was they sometimes stick together, nit returning my 20 an hung up wen I rang, comes across as being nice but very rude and unhelpful, will never use this post office again, so people make sure he counts your money.

        They haven't bothered updating their closing times on weekdays. I travelled at 5:45pm after work to grab a parcel to find they were closed, when they state a 6pm closing time!

        Very friendly and pleasant post office. Staff are all very nice and ensure you have a lovely experience. Never had any problems with the post office or shop!
