The post office from hell. Like being trapped in a chuckle brothers sketch with a touch of faulty towers for good measure. Negatives - Consistently terrible service when open. Positives - never open.

Sadly this Post Office is a shambles. No longer open Friday and Saturday and only open Monday-Thursday until 1.30. I am told by staff that Martins have the Contract to provide the Service but are not providing the money or are unable to replace Staff who have left. Unfortunately the existing Martins staff are not coping and this is being reflected in their mood Im afraid. Not good so I am going to Compton until it is resolved.

Disgusting attitude in the post office section My husband has returned saying that the women told him they were closed, the time being 1.25pm. My husband wanted some stamps whereby they said they had none in a very abrupt manner My husband then spoke to another lady who worked in the shop and not the post office section whom he said was very pleasant. Why then are the two ladies in the post office so unpleasant.

Seriously 1 star is one too many. I'm thoroughly disgusted! I've been there 4 times in the last 3 weeks and every time told they are closed. What is the point? I feel so sorry for the elderly who can't travel further a field to get their pensions. I advise all too go to Spar at Compton. Professional and always open!
