Great photographers, kind and polite and very patient with kids. We had 3 generations in our photoshoot and my fathers english isnt great but they were great with him and the kids. Honestly could not recommend them more.... if your looking for any pictures from a 1-2-1 shoot to fanily make the call.... you will not be disappointed.

I wish I could give 0 stars after our really upsetting experience. When we first visited the studio in 2021 we had a Fantastic photo shoot so we went back for two more for our first baby. However when we returned for our 2nd babies newborn photos we were left feeling upset and frankly quite angry. We arrived 15 minuets early (1:45 our shoot didnt begin until 2) thinking we could give our son a bottle so hed be ready for his photos however the photographers didnt arrive until 1:50 and hadnt set anything up before hand meaning our shoot didnt begin until 3pm. 1 hour late. By which point my daughter was beginning to get restless as it had taken so long. For the photographer to then not bother with trying to get a photo of my children together which id expressed was something Id really like. We were then placed in the dressing room which is a small box room with no windows for an hour while they set up a tiny scene which should have taken 5 minutes. Which was making us all feel very anxious and claustrophobic. Any other time wed been to the studio wed been allowed to stay in the studio while they were setting up. During this so far 2 hours me and my partner werent offered a drink which again in the past we had. When we were let out of the box room to begin my newborns solo photos my partner was told to remove my daughter from the studio and take her back into the box room as she (in the photographers words) was miserable and giving off bad vibes. I then undressed my son for his photos to which he got upset as the studio was freezing and didnt want to leave me as I was warm, for the photographer to then say oh now this ones miserable too After this me and my family left the premises due to our frustration. I then sent the studio a message to give them chance to either explain why wed been treated so poorly or to apologise to us for how we were treated l, however they decided to ignore my message and then block me which I find extremely unprofessional and rude. Wed been very loyal customers and were treated like an inconvenience. We wont be returning

Weve just had a makeover and photoshoot for my daughters 16th birthday. Bear and the team were absolutely fantastic, thoroughly professional, passionate about what they do, and such lovely, lovely people. An amazing experience from start to finish.
