        It would be nice if someone answers the phone there, trying to check if my diabetic prescription is there so I can leave work to collect as I'm nearly out of tablets. No answer or phone gets picked up and put down... Infuriating to say the least ..

        Went to collect my prescription yesterday. Really don't know what is really going on here? Couldn't get my medication as the system was down. Been down since the morning. It was down the week before? Got no products on the shelves. A lady had been waiting 4hrs for her prescription. Shocking really. This needs looking in to, seriously.

        Staff are nice enough just the waiting times can be really long. I don't think the staff can prioritise workloads, Why should it take an hour wait to put prescription in a bag? They are obviously making prescriptions for people that are not there waiting in the queue loads of other people walking out today. Sort the people that are there first and as they walk in
