        Waiting for medication. Was told it would be done by Friday and it is now Monday. Been told they can't tell me whether or not my medication is there as it would be 'in my box' and to ring back after 2. Sad excuses.

        Ive become a regular visitor to this chemist and I always seem to get served my Cara absolutely amazing young lady who knows me by name shes very polite and professional absolute credit to the store. Thank you so much for everything all of you do. All the other staff in the store are also amazing as well unfortunately I dont know there names I do apologise about that.
