        Customer service could do with improving; they seem preoccupied with backroom sorting than serving customers at the front desk. This leads to long wait times even though there is no queue. Communication isn't great either; ranging from poor interpersonal skills to difficulty understanding the status of a prescription.

        Ive been using this pharmacy for 4 months now. The staff are always lovely and helpful, no matter who is on shift. When I had my first repeat prescription they were great at explaining what I needed to do to get my future issues. Best pharmacy experience in the 5 years weve been in the UK. Thank you.
