Today again I asked 7 pharmacy around Wolverhampton and none have these medicines, Every time I need true medicine like antibiotics no pharmacy around Wolverhampton have it in stock, they always have this kind of medicine and is not first time that they dont let me down, Staff smile and helpful, And to be honest other pharmacist sell all same things, condoms shampoo and paracetamol, here is different, YOU CAN FIND TRUE MEDICINES!!!!

Have to call them every month about a repeat script I've had for years and still they get it wrong. Have been ringing them for 4 hours today, every 5 mins, it is always engaged, don't they ever replace the reciever?. I have know idea if my script will arrive, and have none left, they are a complete waste of time.

I came in here today and the girl on the till was very rude, she said 6.57 so I gave her 6 in change and I said take the rest off my card but she forgot to scan something and threw some change at me and snatched what she hadn't scanned out of my shopping bag, so I asked her what she was doing and she didn't give me an explanation and said 'you said take the rest off your card' but I didn't mean for her to take more than 57p - if she'd explained herself properly I wouldn't have minded but it was her attitude, she then threw the receipt at me without a thankyou so I rang up the store and complained and he was very caring and professional, it left me very upset I don't expect rude treatment like this!!

Over-inflated prices on almost everything, eg. 1 box of paracetamol / dissolvable (accord) costs 6.50 The same box at Stavely Pharmacy up the road costs 2.50 It's your money spend it how you want but I don't like being ripped off personally.

Service is absolutely rubbish, never have your order ready & make you wait upto 15 mins for your prescription order to get ready.
