Went in Christmas Eve, stood out front for open at 9am in a queue of three. Pharmacist turned up late, anyway went in waited patiently I needed some eye drops for my son I explained it was conjunctive eyetis which he had previously but the pharmacist was on a power trip and wanted to see my Son first who was at home which was convenient . I get they have rules but have some discretion, I went to another local pharmacy, more than happy to help and didnt need to see my son first so they had my business and my son was ok for Christmas Day.
