Awful place, staff useless. Couldnt be given the prescribed drugs as the doctor had not hand written the details on the prescription. Told us to come back with it hand written as they couldnt reach the doctor on the phone. We got the form redone then they told us it was another 30 minute wait after initially waiting over an hour, even though they told us it would take 2 minutes once we returned. The staff member who told is this wouldnt come out front and hid in the back sending another member to deal with us as they didnt want to deal with us. Ws

So far the worst experience with this pharmacy, they got monopoly & think they can do whatever they want. Nearly an hour wait to collect the medicines, even they dont want to speak to you , do not bother to give change back to patients as got a excuse dont have the change. On top of that if they have packed the medicine dont even bother to call the name of patients to get the prescription Collected. Dr. Mentioned 2 months medicine on prescription form but they have given only for 1 month & put sticker on top of the medicine obtain further supplies from your GP thats not fair as we pay for our medicine still if we do not pay medicine, needs to be in complete doses. But they got monopoly so they can do whatever they want ! There is only 1 way to improve efficiency or quality of the New Cross hospital pharmacies. Either New cross hospital should consider to have more pharmacies opened( different companies) & divide them according to the respective departments to improve the service of pharmacy or they should write prescriptions in such manner, So outpatients can get medicine from there nominated pharmacy. ( In this way we will be able to maintain social distancing too.)

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Their communication is non existent. I've been trying to get my prescription from them for almost 3 weeks having ordered an online prescription because my doctor cannot take phone order prescriptions currently. The pharmacist for whatever reason is not contacting my doctor at all despite repeatedly telling me they will. Find a pharmacist that follows through with their words, this place does not.
