I've used this pharmacy for over 25 years! Since, it's changed ownership the service has become terrible and is totally inadequate! I now usually have to wait over 7 days for my repeat prescriptions, and even then when I collect them... they haven't been done! Excuses range from no staff or lack of staff on duty! I need to find another local pharmacy or via online....

After being a customer for years, I have said goodbye to this Pharmacy. One now has to wait 7 days for a prescription to be dispensed. That means applying for it 9 days early with your doctor. My doctor did not allow this. I have now joined a pharmacy that takes just 24 hours to sort your prescription. Lloyds seems constantly short-staffed and constantly out of stock of prescription drugs. It's ridiculous. I notice this branch is now being taken over by an independent pharmacy. Let's hope things improve. After waiting 7 days for my prescription, a few weeks ago, I then had to wait 40 minutes in a queue to get my prescription . What a mess.

Can never get your prescription, Items are always missing. The service is also terrible, never get a repeat prescription from here Ive been waiting 3 weeks and cant contact the chemist as there is no answer as nobody is ever there close it down.

Such disappointing service from this pharmacy, put a repeat prescription in nearly 2 weeks ago, had to wait in a queue when eventually served asked to wait 15 minutes to be then told theyre out of stock! I asked why nobody had contacted me staff shortages was the reply. I now have to drive around to find a stockist to fulfil my prescription. Not good when I work 6 days a week. Shocking service with no empathy
