        I chose this pharmacy for my prescriptions to be sent to because it stated its open until 6pm so I can grab my prescription on my way home from work.. but every time I go to collect it the women are standing outside with the pharmacy shut at 5:45 .. so now 3 days Ive had to go without my prescription & Im getting sick of it! If you state your open until 6pm THEN BE OPEN UNTIL 6pm!!!!

        After using Lloyd's pharmacy in Wednesfield, we moved to J Docter after horrendous customer service for months on end which resulted in weekly frustration. Moving here was the BEST decision!! The team here are friendly, welcoming, helpful, resourceful and nothing it too much trouble for them. Really lovely team who deliver exceptional customer service. Well done J Docter and team - you were absolute super stars when we moved sorting all issues and prescriptions promptly and efficiently for our whole family. Great place

        Best pharmacy ever. Recently moved from Lloyds as constantly being let down. This pharmacy is actually the best. Lovely friendly staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone, any age. You wont be disappointed
