Jhoots Pharmacy

I have for the last 3 - 4 years or so had an arrangement with Jhoots, Newbridge Surgery, Wolverhampton to deliver my tablets every 3 months when I need renewal of my prescription. They have constantly missed the delivery date and I have to chase them, almost every time. I have been delivered tablets that I did not request. They are so inept and unprofessional. I am writing this today since they failed to deliver my tablets yesterday and I will run out of tablets tomorrow, a Sunday. I would not bother to use them again if I had another alternative. They are a complete waste of time.

Negative rating is down to just how appalling these guys are in terms of picking up the phone. Every month for a year it takes several attempts to get through. Just get an answering machine sorted if you can't be bothered to ever pick up the phone!

Posting on behalf of a customer that has no internet happy to help as we supplied an emergency medication as the customer had ran out and couldnt get an appointment its lovely to go the extra mile and help our regular customers please post your good experiences as there is just too much negativity out there in these unfortunate times STAY SAFE !

Popped in to collect some Covid-19 tests very friendly and helpful staff explained very well on how to use the tests will be stopping by again
