        Dan is amazing! His expertise on fitness and nutrition are outstanding. You can tell he loves what he does. So helpful and motivational and a doer not a talker. Keep it up Dan you are helping so many. I cannot recommend Dan enough. If you want your dream body and also educate yourself in how to get it look no further!

        Ive trained with Louis twice a week since June and hes been so great in helping me with my fitness. I really wanted to get into shape and was nervous as Id never had any personal training before and hes been brilliant in making me feel comfortable and shaping and tailoring a programme that suits my needs and listening to what aspects of health, fitness and diet that I want to work on. My physical and mental health has improved so much and I feel so much more body confident now. Definitely recommend.
