I've been working with Harvey for about 6 weeks now - what an amazing shift in mindset, diet and approach to workouts. His honest and pragmatic approach to everything means you know exactly what you're doing and why it will benefit you. Harvey gives details of all the workouts for me on TrueCoach and regularly gives feedback on how to improve - even sending videos over to ensure form is correct and how to get the most out of that particular workout. My diet has improved massively, too. Harvey has got me to a calorie deficit and the right macros - full of energy and losing weight - I'm 19lb down in 5/6 weeks! Roll on the next 2, 3, 4 months...
