I started PT sessions with Min recently and I was scared! He is so kind, very knowledgeable about diet, training methods and what works for you personally including my mobility. I love training with Min and didn't realise how much you can actually eat! It's been a huge learning curve, challenging but Min will support you all the way through the journey. I can't recommend him enough! (2022) From training in the garage and now moved onto Min's Fabulous new state of art mirrored studio. I love it!! Min has clearly put so much effort into the new studio for his clients. Transitioning from garage to studio kept Min super busy, despite this he still went above and beyond to get my PT sessions in without disrupting my routine. He has all the equipment in from leg press to lat pull downs all the dumbbells and much more. Supercool lighting adds to the motivation. Still humble and THE BEST PT in town! (2023)

Mini is an exceptional PT. He takes in to consideration you as a person and the goals you set for yourself, then going above and beyond to help you. I cant recommend him enough, whether youre new to exercise, wanting to get back in to it or simply work on yourself. Mini is the guy for you.

Ive been to mini for many years now on/off and he has always helped me gained my goals and provided me with the knowledge needed for healthier eating habits. Not only is he professional but he is also like a friend. Keep up the good work!

Since I started my coaching with minis a year ago, he has changed my physique and got me the results I wanted for my holidays. He's helped me rebulid a better foundation by adding muscle and staying lean. Mini has also gave me the loads of knowledge to be able to do the nutrition side myself along side the training. He gave me the fundamental skills to be able to carry on.
