        I called them to say that I will be 5 minutes late for the appointment and they told me if I am late more than five minutes they would cancel the appointment. Anyway I was on time and I had to wait for 40 minutes to be seen by the optician. Very rude. They can't just excuse patients for five and make us wait for long.

        Bad racism bad customer service Went in for an eye test. The guy said he "wasn't doing tests today and I should go elsewhere".

        I found the customer service polite, friendly and of a very high standard. I had no problems getting an appointment and they were very informative about my eye health and general wellbeing as well as carrying out a thorough eye test and examination of the eyes. The range of frames is maybe not as extensive as some shops, but I found ones I liked and even got shown some free frames, so I ended up treating myself to 2 pairs, which was still affordable for my budget. I have to get my eyes checked every year due to my own health needs, so I'll be happy to go back to this lovely branch.
