Avoid at all costs. The male "optician" is more of a sales man than an optician. He tried to force a sale to my mother and asked her 21+ questions why she is getting her glasses from else where. He uses intimidation to make a sale. I will be reporting him and will also be approching him with my 21+ questions when I catch him.

Took my dad to have diabetes eye check. Was a bit of a mix up at the beginning and dad was registered at the New Cross so couldn't be seen. Valerie went out her way to double check details and contacted the hospital to arrange next appointment. This was our first visit and all the staff are really friendly and helpful. I also noticed how the staff were with other customers, very helpful and caring, made sure everyone was acknowledged and seen to.
