Is second year when i purchased from Specsavers Wolverhampton.Part of staff is ok, but the service is not very good. I purchased last year 2 pairs of glasses about 540 pounds both, but the measuring lens, position was wrong. I need go back to rectify this and i was waiting another 2 weeks for this. Now is the same problem, my wife after purchased glasses 3 days ago is very dizzy and i need go back. I don't have time to waste for this and is not normal what is happening on the store( they don't bother to help you choosing glasses and they don't do check when they fitting glasses). Specsavers give me every time Voucher but i can't used this voucher in the store.

I am very disappointed with specsavers. In the last year, not only I (twice) had problems with my glasses, but also my husband and my mother. When I went and said that I was hurting my nose, they told me that the frame was too small and that I had to choose another frame. After I made another pair of glasses with which I again had problems, I asked to solve the problem and they told me that I need an appointment with the optician in a week because he is not there and then I asked to speak to the manager who made an appointment for me in the next hour, that is, the optician was there (the Specsavers manager confirmed that the too small frame could be adjusted), which they never said. My conclusion is that they lie to you and do not help you at all, they will just take your money. I don't recommend Specsavers...
