This optician has to be one of the best places Ive been too, so precise, so in-depth, accurate and empathetic in every way. A true credit to Dudley road. The staff there are amazing, always welcoming, so thank you Raman and Ash. Sometimes if you lucky Ash will make you a cup of Indian tea. Thank you all for your immense service.

The vision centre is the best optician experience Ive ever had. We started coming here after the school recommended it for my daughter. I was really impressed with the care and decided to book in for my next appointment. Ive been wearing glasses since I was 3 so over 40 years. Ive never had anyone explain whats going on so clearly. I had some varifocals fitted to my old frames. I know people can struggle with them but the optometrist explained that the quality of lenses can vary. I got used to mine in a few minutes to be honest so they were perfect! My husband went in when he had a scratched his eye and received a check up, much better for him than going to Eye ED. Ive since taken my dad who is 90 and has exacting standards, he really felt that he had never been listened to so carefully and competently. Just taken my mum (75 yo) who also received five star care and has chosen some very lovely and well priced designer frames. The staff on reception are also so friendly and kind, feels like the kind of service you dont often experience anymore. It would be easy to overlook this shop from the outside but it really is a hidden gem.
