My daughter had broken her glasses so I called to see if she could get a spare pair. The lady said I will get James to call you. He contacted me the same day and was very polite and friendly. 2 days later he called to say that her glasses were ready and arranged for us to collect them. Was greeted with a smile and friendly face.and he made sure her glasses were perfect. Gave us a few gifts before we left. Highly recommend them. Have always been friendly. We have never met James before but he made us feel most welcome and I have to say Ive never had glasses come so quick from any other opticians we have used in the past. Looking forward to my own appointment. Thank-you James for all your help.

I came to this opticians as I was passing by on my early daily morning walk and noticed the young lady opening. She gave me a huge smile (unusual for an early morning!) I asked for an appointment and got one for the day after, no problems. The young lady explained all of the rules and guidelines set out to keep each person safe. When I came to my appointment I was greeted again by the young lady who was wearing PPE. For someone who was wary about going outside this was really good to see. The optician was very helpful and explained thoroughly. All in all I was put at ease for my first proper outing since lock down. Thank you for all your help and kindness. I will be returning and telling everyone I know.
