        I have been using this opticians for a number of years and it was very good.Since Mr Powell left the service has deteriorated greatly and I am very disappointed with the service.

      • Infinity And Beyond

        Terrible customer service. They have no internet presence, no appointment confirmation emails and all round poor communication. I made three appointments and saw them once. One of which they cancelled and the other they denied ever making. I finally got in there to see them and they told me they had to order the frames I wanted and it would take 24 hours for them to come. So I waited 5 days and heard nothing from them. I decided to phone them and see what's going on and they told me the frames were out of stock! At this point I'd been without glasses for weeks so I just decided to go elsewhere. Shambles.
