I have worked at Wrottesley park for 6 years, having progressed from care assistant to wellbeing coordinator. The home is continually changing and improving in all areas. The atmosphere in our home is light, fun, full of smiles and laughter and a real home from home for staff (many of whom have worked here for many years and have great relationships with our service users) and residents a like. Some of the reviews on Google do not reflect Wrottesley park as a home and I would encourage anybody to take advantage of our open door policy and come and have a look round for yourself Management are fantastic, approachable and supportive and encourage a skilled workforce with regular training, nvq qualification opportunities and plenty of opportunities to progress in your career, as well as there being an excellent support packages in place for all staff. Wrottesley park is a lovely place to work and I believe our residents are supported fully in living the most fulfilled and happy life as possible, by our well-being team, kitchen staff, domestics, physio assistant, care staff and management
