        Don't ever send anyone you love and care for into this home. Management not good at all. The only praise I have is for the very hard working carers who work there.

        DON'T PUT YOUR ELDERLY FOLKS INTO THIS HOME MY MUM'S ONLY BEEN HERE FOR 10 DAYS AND HAS BEEN PUT ON THE SAFE GUARDING BY RAPID RESPONSE JUST THIS SUNDAY GONE

        I would just like to share my experience of Cedar Grange. I looked at many care homes prior to my dad going into care for respite. He has been a permanent resident for several months now and over that time I have seen him improve so much from being in his own home. He is clean, well fed, has actually put weight on and he is smiling and talking, something he wasn't doing at home. The staff are so caring and attentive and nothing is too much trouble. This gives me so much peace of mind that my dad is cared for 24/7. Thank you, keep up the great work that you do, I really appreciate it. Please note : This is a genuine, honest review.

        As a registered manager of social care services for over 20 years, I have never experienced such poor care and treatment given to elderly vulnerable people. My grandmother was put at significant risk by the lack of knowledge and awareness of management and senior staff. Having said that some of the staff are caring and empathetic to residents support needs. I do hope given the inspection report changes are made to reduce the risk of serious harm to the residents living there.
