        Some good staff working here, but unfortunately they're few and far between. Most of the time they send staff who openly admit to having no training or experience. Fancy sending people out who don't even know how to take off a night bag. It's unfair on them and the places they're being sent to when you're sending out staff with no skills at all. It's not my job to train your staff and have them shadow me during a shift. Naturally, I'll be expecting payment for this training.
