Went in today to be told that the design Im asking for they can do it so sat down, but the quality is absolutely shocking, uneven application, normally I always let them know if Im not happy with the shape and it gets fixed but today all I got was absolutely mockery.
Shaping is definitely not there, just all in all poor quality, and as many have already stated the customer service has been appalling to say the least.
Definitely will be going else where as my fingers are left soar and by the end of the service I was ready to cry with how frustrated I was and unhappy with the design.
Definitely need to fix up customer service, prices and quality of service.
