Damon has been amazing from start to finish with helping me source a new mortgage after the breakdown of my relationship, it was virtually impossible for me to get a mortgage on my own with being self employed and covid making my accounts so minimal but Damon pulled out all the stops and found me a broker that would except me. It's myself and my partner's first time buying a home and we were recommended Damon Pike through friends and we couldn't be happier. He has been so helpful through everything, explaining things we didn't fully understand and being patient with us. Very efficient service received from Damon Pike at Lupo Mortgage Services when handling as Executors and Trustees our friends estate to accommodate her wishes of equally sharing her property and estate between her Daughters. Damon explained to us very clearly what was required of us and once we had provided him with the documentation he requested he quickly reported back to us with a list of borrowers who would accept our application. A property survey was carried out quickly by the mortgage provider and things are moving satisfactory towards completion of a mortgage offer. All done from the comfort of our home. Damon was able to work around our shifts and made a daunting task so easy for us. Thank you Damon.
