I contacted Jordan to search out mortgage options as a first time buyer with a guarantor. From day one he and the team at Berkley Vittoria were excellently communicative, knowledgable and approachable. His services was always professional, friendly and helpful. During my purchase, the solicitors made several big mistakes, however Jordan was quick to offer a helping hand in any situation. He regularly checked in on my case and provided all of the necessary information regarding the mortgage products, processes and nuances of individual lenders. I could not rate the services of Jordan and Berkley Vittoria highly enough - they were outstanding. Any first time buyer would be wise to give them a call and see what can be offered outside of the high street lenders. My buying power was effectively doubled from what the likes of HSBC would offer.
