Having just graduated from University into a September 2021 Graduate Scheme, me and my boyfriend decided to use Love Your Mortgage, after initially having the company recommended by Hunters Estate Agent. Coming fresh out of university meant that it was more difficult to seek a mortgage on our own, due to the lack of previous employment and payslips from myself. Paul Smith was helpful from start to finish, from offering us our mortgage in principle to securing our final mortgage offer. Paul and his team have lots of experience within the industry, where his relationships with different banks and the Business Development Managers was influential in helping us minimise risks in rejections/a decrease in credit scores and receive a successful mortgage offer of the required amount. Although just starting on a 3-year Graduate Scheme caused some issues initially, Paul worked efficiently and effectively to respond to this issue and secure our mortgage offer at the next best available rate. Paul and his team were always quick to respond via text, call, and email and continuously offered support throughout the process, which reduced the stress that we had to go through, including initiating the valuation and structural survey on our house. I would definitely recommend using Love Your Mortgage, whether you're a graduate or not, as using a mortgage broker also means that Paul handles the application and submission, where you might not have the time to do so during the working week.
