I was recommended and worked with Harry Sandhu of Britannia Financial services. This was after working with three other brokers having 8 offers all of which had failed. It was by no means a straight forward request. We were moving the ownership of a portfolio of properties from my mum into a family LLP due to illness. We ended up getting three mortgages through Harry. Two for the LLP and one for my own house. The whole time Harry was super helpful, gave lots of options and thought outside the box when needed. He was always easy to reach and quick to respond and communicated in a clear and concise way. As I say wasn't a simple set of transactions and Harry, I felt, went above and beyond in liaising with the lawyers and the bank and the estate agents when needed to ensure that everything got done and the creases were ironed out. And I feel confident that i got the best products on the market the the time.
