        After trying a number of online brokers and having no success, I spoke to Steve and explained my difficult situation and how that may have impacted my ability to get a mortgage approval previously. He listened and really got to understand my situation and was then able to find me the right lender. A few days later and a mortgage approval. Steve was great, so personable and made the whole process seem easy. Just with I had found him back in Sept when I started the process.
