I used one of their hire cars in 2017 and this car was dropped off in perfect condition at Range Rover in Wolverhampton. It was left there for 4 days before being collected by Thrifty to take back to their Wolverhampton depot. I then received a phone call Mobths later saying that there was a scratch on the alloy wheel!!! This was definitely not there on leaving with Range Rover. I refused to pay the obscene amount they wanted to repair so did not pay. I had taken photos of the vehicle but due to changing my phone and the time it took for them to ask for the money , did not have the photos anymore. So.. June 2021 I have now been threatened with a CCJ if I dont pay!! I am disgusted. I have just had to pay for something I did not do and was probably the person from Thrifty, that drove it from Range Rover to the Wolverhampton depot! I will never recommend this company ever again.

Absolutely ridiculous and appalling customer service!
Staff don't have a clue what they are doing and have no knowledge.
Vehicles not clean. Specially during this pandemic they shouldn't be allowed to provide any services.
Processes and procedures clearly need looking into.
I would NEVER use this company.
I even complained to customer services. They also didn't care and their procedures clearly do not work.
Worst experience ever using a car rental service.
1st tried to give me a ford fiesta as a 7 seater.
Gave me a dirty car. Had the cheek to write on the return report that I gave them a dirty car back.
Tried to collect the car when I had no knowledge about collection.
All the staff either need training or processes need changing.
As a customer you will feel like this company does not care at all about you or their own vehicles, they only care about your money.
No form of remorse. And I'm still awaiting a call back from the complaints department.
Apparently they sent me an email but the only email sent was asking for my reference number.
