I have thoroughly enjoyed all our projects with The Studio in Tettenhall. Steve Smith and his team are fantastic Creative, responsive, reliable and good value. You will always be in safe hands. They are brilliant at interpreting customer requirements; they ask all the right questions, and they make great suggestions. They also follow that up with action on time and on budget The most important thing though, and this sets them apart from most agencies, is that they are in for the long haul rather than just the short-term project. Meeting Steve and his team has been a great experience for our business.

Absolutely fantastic, thank you Steve. Took the plunge to carry out a full rebrand and Steve has been phenomenal all the way through, we are delighted with all the design work and the comments we have had from everybody that has seen it so far have been incredibly positive. Brilliant service and communication, nothing was ever too much trouble. The promotional gifts we have had are arriving now and are all superb. Could not recommend Steve and his team highly enough and if like me you are apprehensive about it I would encourage you to take the plunge, it took us a while but looking at the new next to old we wish we had done it years ago. Very poor. Didnt follow clear guidelines, posted my site in the wrong hosting site. Cost me a great deal of time and hundreds to rectify then took zero responsibility for their errors. They uploaded the site to their own server despite clear emails requesting it being uploaded to my own server. It took me over 2 years to retrieve the site with losses and costs exceeding 200. When confronted I was told that this was my fault. I still have the emails if you would like to see them... error after error
