        I can't recommend these enough. The two ladies on the trade counter really know their stuff. Walked in with a upvc door locking unit and one lady recognised it and had got a replacement by the time I walked to the counter. The other lady then advised us to change the front plate instead of cutting the new one down. Honestly we've saved and time from not calling out a locksmith. Very, very happy customers

        Ordered some parts 11 days ago. Website claims delivery in 3 days. So far nothing has arrived. Emailed the company but got no reply. Will be reporting to trading standards. AVOID.

        Tried Toolstation, Screwfix and a window manufacturing company, either no stock or sizes differed. Someone at Screwfix had the same issue with a UPVC door gearbox, where the moving mechanism inside had broke and recommended this place. I turned up at 07.30, walk in said morning show the gearbox mechanism and straight away was given a replacement. Great, no faffing or try this it may work and a lot cheaper than anywhere else I googled. Many thanks to all door now securing the home.
