Unable to offer anything positive about this surgery. It used to be one of the better ones however constantly changing doctors and receptionists who have no idea of procedures or the ability to use common sense has taken over. My advice is to change surgery as I have now done, anything would be better than this joke of a practice. Thank you for not helping me and my fractured finger!

This is a review for the care my father has received in the last few weeks from Penn Manor medical centre. He is elderly with chronic heart condition and has been in and out of hospital in the last year. He recently went back into hospital and was given new medication but when he came home he experienced side effects when he started taking the medication. We contacted penn manor to make them aware. i could hear care and compassion in the receptionists voice when she took my call and it made me want to cry because it is so hard getting thorough to the doctors and the fear that you wont be taken seriously is genuine. Dr Sehdev called back and he is an excellent practitioner. His systematic, thorough care ensured that he looked at my dad as a whole person not just his heart condition. He made calls to the cardiology team at New Cross to review the medication in light of the side effects and dads history of falls. He also worked with the practice pharmacist, I didnt even know there was one but she was lovely and so helpful too. He came to review dad when he was being seen by a HCA (also lovely) for a blood test and urinalysis so he could act on the results straight away. He has kept us up to date, kept in contact with cardiology throughout a really difficult time and this is a model of what care should be. Lloyds pharmacy next door have also been brilliant.
