I went in to exchange a pair of shoes in the Wolverhampton branch I met with Kam who went above and beyond to help us get what we needed... She was really thorough and very friendly. Thank you for that to the staff sorry wanted to send this review last night but I had to go somewhere else ... Thank you again

I phoned the Wolverhampton store early in the morning asking for paticular pair of shoes the lady said they were available and in stock. I visited the store during opening time and spoke to sales team and girl named Chloe who was wonderful and said she remembered me calling in the morning and had put aside pair of shoes i wanted. I Just wanted to say Thanks to all the staff who were lovely and very helpful and i shall be visiting again soon.
