        I left a property for more than 3 months and still my deposit is pending, no action from haart and now I need to fill a statutory declaration & go with solicitor to get back my deposit. I write continuously emails to remind them kindly but no action. bad experience with haart and I will never work with them again nor recommend them to anyone. Really disappointed , If I attach the number of emails I sent to them which were never responded ( ignoring me) your will be shocked> no respect , lack of communication. Your faithfully. Soufiane

        It has been a very good customer service experience working with Lillie-May she provides Good attention and prompt follow up right now we are going through the documentation process and all our queries are being handled very well by all the team members at HAART. Would highly recommend both Haart and Lillie-May in assisting with property searches.
