The Croft Residential Home

Excellent care home with very caring staff. Outstanding classification.

The Croft residential home was a lovely place to work, lovely caring hard working staff and amazing residents, it just got to much for me/plus the travelling especially, but I would never suggest badness towards any of them has they made me feel so welcoming, (and to the manager, deputy manager/ staff who did their best to support me has a member of their team, keep doing what you do to make such a loving home/for the beautiful residents.

I worked here for a very short amount of time I phoned one morning due to having awful sickness and diarrhoea and was told by the manager to still come in when I explained it wouldnt be fair to myself the staff or the residents if they got sick she told me not to come back awful service cqc need to do another inspection

I loved this home, residents loved there home. staff seemed to be happy. Only concern for me was oral care and there not been enough staff to take care of everyone. Staff and management were very dedicated and passionate towards the home and the residents. Covid tested on arrival. Would highly recommend this home.
