The Asian Girl in her new long black Christmas jacket on the door today 8/1/23 was extremely rude and barked at us to tell us they were only accepting card and closing at 3:45.
Ive had various encounters with staff here from which I can conclude that they are lacking the basic fundamental skills to customer service.
Not sure whether staff here are paid or volunteers from the local community. They know very little about sport and speak broken English, they must have some serious issues because they always seem so miserable.
I actually feel sorry for you guys.
