        section 21'd for posting negative review. so, here's another one that's what you get for getting the builders in on a Saturday morning, and allowing long-term tenants to play loud music at 4am.

        a certain poor real estate agent didn't want to show me the house because my wife wasn't there too. but who does he think he is. but it will be my business. but they don't want to work on Saturdays. on the phone he seemed asleep. change profession.

        love the comments here they dont work weekends ... but their builders do !! my friend got section 21'd for complaining about a long-term resident playing music loud at 4am. and a catalogue of other issues going back 6 months. but best of all, they cited 'negative reviews'. well, he only gave 1, but now they have another LOL He has a decent job now and can afford to move out. pity, so many vulnerable people trapped in these 1970's slums. this was last week. today, he said they got the builders in. banging, angle grinding, on a saturday morning. basically, get the police to knock your door in, it's not a problem. complain about the quality of life and insult the landlord, evicted. rentmenow, enjoy your section 21's while they last ... they are outlawed now.
