RE/MAX England & Wales

I tried to contact to company about a viewing for a listing, but got nowhere on the phone. I also tried online, but am yet to receive a response. It's been over 2 weeks now and it just seems like my wants and needs are being completely ignored. I think I'll be looking elsewhere as the service is so poor with company. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Rang many times but no answer! Send online enquiries many times to arrange viewing but no luck! Waiting for a week with no call back !

Awful telephone manner, rang to enquire about a property and whoever answered the phone was very rude and blunt, wasnt even sure Id rung the correct number when greeted with a rude hello? Then mumbled and put the phone down when theyd said what they needed to. Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.
