        If I could put 0 stars, I would. Not impressed at all with the service which I have received from this branch. They have no sense of communication at all. I am a first time buyer so it's all new to me and they didn't even have the decency to let me know that I was on a waiting list to view the property or that an offer had been made. I have had to find this information out from a financial advisor. My mom also had the phone slammed down on her when calling on my behalf to find out what is going on. Absolutely disgusting, not a way to deal with customers at all.

        We viewed a rental property on the 17th August, and had moved in by the 25th. We dealt primarily with Louise but also spoke with Kate and Justin through the process. Can't even put into words how fantastic the service is. After being let down by another company a few days before we were meant to move into our house, we had given up on moving house until Your Move Wednesfield swept in and were just amazing, keeping us in the loop every step of the way. Thank you so much again!
