We have recently completed the sale of our family home with Bowater Drennan and so glad we chose them. Paul has been brilliant. His friendly and approachable manner along with his 30 yrs experience, made the whole process flow smoothly. From start to finish Paul and Jan have been available throughout to answer queries, offer advice and to keep us fully up to date with the progress of our sale. We have just brought our first house with Bowater Drennan and all I have to say is what a pleasure it was! Paul is very friendly and helpful, he has time for you and genuinely cares about providing the best service to his buyers/sellers. I had many long chats with Paul about the property we were buying and no query was every too much trouble. I would highly recommed Bowater Drennan and their fantastic service, if I ever sell in the future I have no doubt that I will be returing and doing it through this estate agents! I recently sold my family home and am delighted that I asked Paul Bowater to deal with this for me. He made the whole process, from start to finish appear seemless. We all know that these things can be tricky, however Pauls professionalism, patience and total understanding of my circumstances were exemplary. I have no doubt that he makes everyone feel the same. Pauls communications on updating me would take some beating. This of course comes from him mastering the art over a successful and knowledgeable 30yrs within the industry, together with his ability to build a relationship with all parties involved. What he doesnt know about the property market, in particular Wednesfield and beyond, is not worth knowing. A shout out to Jan also. I would recommend Paul to anyone at any time.
