First class service nothing to much trouble

I was recommended to James & Huntley by a friend who had their kitchen from them. I called them to ask for a quote, Adrian came out to survey & listened to what I wanted. I then visited their showroom around a week later to look through the drawings & quote, I was really pleased with the layout they had come up & pleasantly suprised at the price. After a few days mulling it over I made a couple of minor alterations to the design before placing an order. I was given a full schedule of works by Chris their Project Manager, they turned up on the dates promised & I was kept informed on the progress all of the way through the work. The fitters were very polite & professional & did a fantastic job on the installation. I will defintely recommend James & Huntley to my family & friends. We've lived with the new kitchen designed, manufactured and installed about 4 years ago. Not only is the installation below acceptable standards some elements of the design leaves a lot to be desired. When final payment was requested I pointed out the poor installation issues and was very intimidated during a discussion with the MD in our kitchen where he shouted in my face laughed cynically and made extremely personal derogatory comments. I was given an apology from his brother who witnessed it all and told me "He's done this before". Some of the problems where rectified, but we remain unsatisfied having spent more than 15,000 in a kitchen measuring only 3metres by 2,5 metres. Recently purchased our new kitchen from James and Huntley and highly recommend them. We received great service from start to finish and all of the tradesmen were excellent. Top Quality Products and service. Many thanks to Adrian for designing the kitchen. Regards Ben and Jo Couchman.
