Very bad customer service. I went there first time and it was so disappointing. Looks like man had argument with his wife and doesn't want to sell anything. Whatever I ask him he didn't pay attention what I m asking. Then I went to kanda jewellers .. they are very professional nal polite people with reasonable prices. Luckily I found them

I saw a ring I liked in the shop. Between Anoop and I, we slightly changed the look and made a bespoke version.....the finished article is stunning with my own personal engraving. Thank you Anoop.

The service was incredible and amazing from Anoop. He was really really helpful and went beyond we are so so glad we chose our engagement ring from nath jewellers. The customer service was great. Anoop was polite, really friendly and was happy to answer any questions we had. He was not forceful and made us feel at ease. Anoop didn't rush us at all and let us make our own decision in our time. I would recommend to go nath jewellers before going anywhere else as we had tried a few places and nothing compares to Nah jewellers 10/10 service.
